As a continuation of the Material Event Disclosure made by our Company on November 4, 2025 regarding the cells manufactured on the serial production line whose 25.03% cell efficiency was verified by Fraunhofer ISE, a further verification has been carried out. Within the scope of the high-efficiency solar cell development activities conducted by our Company's R&D Center, sample G12R-size cells (182.3 ร 210 mm) taken from the serial production line of our subsidiary, CW Solar Cell Enerji A.ล., were submitted to the Fraunhofer ISE testing center. As a result of the measurements performed, a 25.11% cell efficiency was confirmed by a calibration certificate. Following this verification, the calibration of the testing equipment used on the serial production line has been updated, and it has been confirmed that the efficiency values and distribution of the cells manufactured in serial production are 25.1% or higher.
