Karsan Otomotiv, İETT’nin 150 otobüs ihalesinde sözleşme imzalamaya davet bekliyor

Şirketimiz, İ.E.T.T. tarafından gerçekleştirilen "150 Adet Dizel Yakıtlı Otobüs Alımı (8-9 metre)" konulu ihaleye teklif vermiştir.Söz konusu ihale kapsamında 150 adet dizel yakıtlı otobüsün temini ile araçların İETT garajında 2 yıl süreyle bakım, onarım ve temizlik hizmetlerinin sunulması öngörülmektedir.22.07.2026 tarihinde tarafımıza tebliğ edilen ihale kararı uyarınca, ihale sürecine ilişkin mevzuatta öngörülen 10 günlük e-şikâyet süresi bulunmaktadır. Anılan süre içerisinde herhangi bir itiraz başvurusunda bulunulmaması halinde, Şirketimizin sözleşme imzalamaya davet edilmesi beklenmektedir.İhale sürecine ilişkin gelişmeler, ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde kamuoyu ve yatırımcılarımızla paylaşılacaktır.Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce tercümesi mevcut olup bu açıklamanın Türkçe ve İngilizce versiyonları arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda, Türkçe versiyon esas kabul edilecektir.

Our company submitted a bid for the tender titled "Procurement of 150 Diesel-Powered Buses (8–9 meters)" conducted by I.E.T.T.Under the terms of this tender, the contract calls for the supply of 150 diesel-powered buses, as well as the provision of maintenance, repair, and cleaning services for the vehicles at the I.E.T.T. garage for a period of 2 years. In accordance with the tender decision notified to us on July 22, 2026, there is a 10-day e-complaint period as stipulated by the relevant legislation governing the tender process. Provided that no objections are filed within this period, our company is expected to be invited to sign the contract. Developments regarding the tender process will be shared with the public and our investors in accordance with the relevant legislation.
