ฤฐhalenin ikinci oturumu 3 Temmuz 2026 tarihinde saat 15:00’te gerรงekleลtirildi. Arsa satฤฑลฤฑ karลฤฑlฤฑฤฤฑ gelir paylaลฤฑmฤฑ modeliyle geliลtirilecek proje iรงin yapฤฑlan deฤerlendirmede, arsa satฤฑลฤฑndan elde edilecek toplam gelir 20 milyar 520 milyon TL olarak belirlendi.
Emlak Konut GYO’nun bu gelirden alacaฤฤฑ pay yรผzde 36 olarak aรงฤฑklandฤฑ. Buna gรถre ลirketin toplam geliri 7 milyar 387 milyon 200 bin TL olacak.

The second session of the tender for "Ankara Yenimahalle Macunkรถy Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale" which will be developed on the land located in Ankara Yenimahalle Macunkรถy within the scope of the Cooperation Protocol signed between our Company and Aselsan Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret. A.ล. was held on 03.07.2026 at 15:00. In the session held before the Tender Committee, the offers submitted by the bidders were evaluated, and the highest offer received is as follows: Total Revenue from Land Sale : 20.520.000.000 TL Company's Share Revenue Ratio : 36 % Company's Share in Total Revenue from Land Sale : 7.387.200.000 TL The list of bidders participating in the tender and the details of their offers are presented in the attached list.
