Pursuant to the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Payments to Investors by the Investor Compensation Center Following the Partial Annulment of the Fourth Paragraph of Article 13 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, issued by the Capital Markets Board of Tรผrkiye (CMB) and entered into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette dated 7 September 2016 and numbered 29824 (the "Regulation"), the Investor Compensation Center (ICC) is carrying out refund/payment procedures with respect to applications submitted by the rightful owners of physical share certificates that, due to failure to be dematerialized within the prescribed period, were transferred to the ownership of the Investor Compensation Center. This includes shares of Bolu รimento Sanayii A.ล., Adana รimento Sanayii A.ล., Aslan รimento A.ล., and รnye รimento Sanayii ve Ticaret A.ล., which were transferred to our Company as a result of the acquisition transaction involving these entities, as well as shares of our Company (formerly Mardin รimento Sanayii ve Ticaret A.ล.).In accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation, eligible claimants must first deliver the physical share certificates in their possession to our Company. Following such delivery, claimants are required to submit an application to the ICC together with (i) the certificate of delivery issued by our Company, (ii) a duly completed application petition, (iii) a copy of their identity document, and (iv) where applicable, inheritance documents and/or a power of attorney.
